Customer Service Executive
Attend to internal and external customers’ enquiries, request and complaints promptly through all approved communication channels and tools in a professional manner.
• Accountable for all administrative and coordination of work at the Customer Service department
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
• Required Skill(s): MS Excel, MS Powerpoint.
• Required Language(s): English, Chinese, Bahasa Malaysia.
• At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
